Mind over Matter $30+HST

A landmine workout involves exercises that use a landmine attachment, which is essentially a barbell anchored at one end,allowing for multi- directional movement. This setup provides stability and versatility, making it ideal for building strength and power while reducing stress on the joints - especially helpful for those with shoulder issues.
